Sponsorship options
 

The 4^th EDUConvEx offers a range of sponsorship & participation options to choose from. These options are, suitable for Institutions, Publishers, Education service providers and Organisations associated with the business of Educational services.

The following options are available on a first come first serve basis.

Display table space @ 7,500/-­

The sponsorship entitles the sponsor to the following:

• One 6 ‘ x 2’ Table space set up in the Lunch, Moring / Evening tea-coffee area on the first day of the
• 2 Nos. complimentary delegate registration

Registration sponsorship @ INR 20,000/-­ (only one sponsor)

The sponsorship entitles the sponsor to the following:

• One 6 ‘ x 3’ display panel will be put up near the registration desk with sponsors logo, name and any other information the sponsor wishes to provide on the panel.
• Registration badges will carry the sponsor’s logo for both days, i.e. Friday, 10^th February & Saturday 11^th February 2012
• 4 Nos. complimentary delegate registration
• Inserting promotional material as part of the conference kit. Material to be provided by the sponsor
• Mention as a sponsor in the conference programme
• Mention by the Master of Ceremony (MC) at the start of the conference
• Mention on the Display panel set-up in the Conference Lunch, Morning / Evening tea area

Session sponsorship @ INR 25,000/-­­ (only one sponsor for each session)

The sponsorship option that will be available on the first day of the conference, entitles the sponsor to the following:

• One 6 ‘ x 3’ display panel will be put up inside the hall (front) with sponsors logo, name and any other information the sponsor wishes to provide on the panel.
• 4 Nos. complimentary delegate registration
• Inserting promotional material as part of the conference kit. Material to be provided by the sponsor
• Mention as a sponsor in the conference programme
• Mention as a sponsor in the conference programme
• Mention by the Master of Ceremony (MC) at the start of the session
• Mention on the Display panel set-up in the Conference Lunch, Morning / Evening tea area
• Opportunity to make a brief presentation about their services for 3 minutes before the start of the session

Conference kit bag sponsorship @ INR 85,000/-­­ (only one sponsor)

The sponsorship option entitles the sponsor to the following:

• Embossing / Printing of the sponsor’s logo on the conference kit bag
• Printing of sponsor’s logo on the Conference writing pad that will form part of the conference kit
• Printing of sponsor’s logo on the Conference pen that will form part of the conference kit
• Inserting promotional material as part of the conference kit. Material to be provided by the sponsor
• 4 Nos. complimentary delegate registration
• Mention as a sponsor in the conference programme
• Mention by the Master of Ceremony (MC) at the start of the conference
• Mention on the Display panel set-up in the Conference Lunch, Morning / Evening tea area
